I received the item a couple days ago and just today was able to take it to get my cell phone service on this phone. Only issue im having is its not detecting the sim card and keeps telling me i need to turn air plane mode off when its already off. Any way you can help?

This phone is NOT mint. There is a dent on top and many scratches on the phone screen and body. Absolutely not what I expected. This is good quality, not mint. Disappointed.
