Received the phone and something on Sprint/T-Mobile's end wouldn't let it activate. Contacted seller who promptly had me return and he replaced the phone (even refunded my shipping!) and the new phone activated and works like a dream! Great experience, thanks so much!

Initial phone sent out had an issue. Messaged seller and received a replacement after sending back phone and being reimbursed shipping cost. Customer service was outstanding.
