I initially ran into an issue with the first phone sent where it did not charge properly. The replacement phone was sent out and my shipping was refunded from when I sent back the first device. The replacement device did not come with a charger like the original listing offered and came with in the first shipment. I am not too worried about the missing charger cable. Replacement device appears to be in working condition and I went through the check list to test functionality.
