Seller shipped the phone promptly, and accommodated me even though I was travelling and unable to mark the sale complete immediately. When I did unbox the phone a week later, there was a hardware problem with the device; seller *immediately* responded and offered a full refund, as well as covering the shipping for the return. Seller went above and beyond to make the experience as seamless as possible despite the hardware issue, and I will be purchasing a replacement from them.
