I bought a phone that they said was NEW. Had a issue with phone but was still under manufacturers warranty. I sent the phone in and Samsung said the phone had already been opened and warranty was voided. Don't trust this seller. He is rebuilding phones and telling everyone they are new.

AVOID THIS SELLER! Phone had bad IMEI and was blocked by T-mobile. I confirmed that with T-mobile twice. In addition, all the accessories sent with the phone were FAKE and not real Samsung. The battery, cable, charger were all FAKE. Seller refused to pay return shipping on this phone when they were clearly at fault. AVOID!!!

i got the phone however it was not MINT condition and was not what i expected being rated at that, so for that a -1 star. The seller however was kind and accepted my complaint and gladly processed a fair refund so that i can replace the damaged back plate. First time i've had this kind of experience on here, but thankfully it wasn't a nightmare to deal with.
