• Returns must be in the exact condition as received. Any signs of use, damage, or alterations may result in the return being denied.

• Returns requested after 30 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Warranty & Device Issues

We stand by the quality of our devices. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for warranty support. Delayed reports may be subject to denial.

• If a return is due to buyer mishandling (e.g., physical damage, improper use), a higher restocking fee may apply.
