I, unfortunately, received a phone that Verizon would not activate because they had flagged it as either stolen or not completely paid for. This was very frustrating and resulted in multiple hours of time wasted between the Verizon store and Verizon's Fraud Team. On a positive note, the seller was quick to respond to the problem and issued a full refund plus the cost to ship the phone back to them.

I bought a phone that was registered as Verizon, but the phone that arrived was locked to Sprint. The seller was very kind and apologetic and promptly corrected the order. The seller made a mistake, but the seller also corrected it and provided proper compensation.

Shipping Policies
Orders received Monday through Friday by 3pm EST will ship same day via USPS. All other orders will ship out the following business day.
Return & Refund Policies
Orders will only ship to the address provided by Paypal during the checkout process. If any changes need to be made to the address, the order will need to be cancelled and repurchased with the correct address information.
Any device received damaged must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Damage reported after this time will be assumed by the buyer and the device will no longer be eligible for return.
A 10% restocking fee, will be charged for any return for a refund, unless the devices description does not match the device received.
Returns will not be accepted if the IMEI Number does not match. Any claims for non-receipt of item will result in the IMEI being reported as lost/stolen and blacklisted with the carrier. We will also report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities including our local police department, PayPal, Swappa, and United States Postal Service.
We reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee for devices not returned in their original condition.
