Phone arrived when expected. It was in the expected condition. Seller shipped promptly.

The ad said it was an unlocked phone but what I received was a sim locked phone and it doesn't work for my service. Hopefully the seller will correct this issue. The phone itself is as expected, I just can't use it. While they are rude they at least seem to be willing to return the phone for a refund, and they have asked me to delete my rating until the issue is resolved.
