We received the phone in a timely manner and were initially very pleased. But, we soon realized that the phone we had received was blacklisted. Seller agreed to give us a full refund and apologized. Very inconvenient. ALWAYS check the IMEI number when you receive the phone! We have now received full payment for the cost of the phone. The seller was attentive throughout the process which I appreciated, and he made it right.
