Item arrived as described
Phone screen is replaced with a non genuine Apple display, and has a constant error message saying so. Seller had issues with paypal and that made a hiccup in the shipping time. Device works fine. Nothing is included i.e charger, brick, earbuds, etc. About as good as refurbished can get.
