Goof

Took a little longer than normal but considering there was a hurricane happening it was understandable. I guess I thought there was a charger included but I missed the small print. Good sale.

Tablet received did not have the touch screen issues in the description as the iPad had. Seller communication was significantly delayed and needed swappa support to enforce a reply. Got my full refund a day after the item was received on the sellers end with no fees. Took 8 days to communicate with the seller for a refund since the initial comment to the seller. (this includes taking out the 6 days to ship the item to me and back to the seller)

Description of item did state it passed a 30-point quality control inspection before listing for the sale. that's alot of points to miss huge dead spots on the screen.

Everything about this phone seems fine and it is working great, thank you.
