Nigel Rowe met up with me to complete the sale as we didn't live that far apart in August 2023. We agreed he was going to repair my father's iPad and then take my other old phones and evaluate them for me. Because I care for my elderly parents and both were hospitalized during those two months I did not set up my new phone until October 9th. Nigel sent me a list of all the things that he had that were mine. We communicated a little about the other phones and then...silence. His phone number no longer works and he has, conservatively, a $1000 worth of my merchandise. Also apparently my phone was owned before and not new because it is partly blocked from full usage. The face recognition is password protected. I travel to Atlanta on Thursday to swear out a warrant for his arrest. I asked Swappa for help and they didn't help me at all except to tell me to leave feedback. I have no way to email him on here. So my dissastisfaction is not only with Nigel Rowe, it is with Swappa too.
