I purchased an iPhone 8 from seller....he said it was unlocked. I was excited to get the phone, it was in perfect condition! But, it ended up costing me 3.5 hours of time, 60 miles of driving, and visiting 2 carriers and 1 Apple store to realize that the phone is locked and useless. What a waste of time! I asked seller to give me a good discount on another phone for all of my troubles.....no response from seller. The good news is that seller was very polite, provided a free return shipping label, and gave a prompt full refund. However, I will not be purchasing anything else from seller. And this is my first and last time using Swappa.

I wish that it was advertised that this iPhone does not have a genuine screen on it. Also, the crummy charging cord that came with it got so hot during charging that the connector could not be held and it formed a bubble in the plastic. Not extremely happy with this transaction, but my daughter is wanting to keep it.
