Phone came with a few scratches on the screen that seller didn’t say anything about

Received a phone that couldn't even get past the initial setup phase before the screen stopped working and phone was basically a brick. Don't expect the seller to do any more the the ABSOLOUTE BARE MINIMUM. Customer service does not exist for them. Prepare to have the longest dragged out crappy experience ever!!

My sales experience with this vendor was a dream. Smooth sailing with no hiccups or issues and the vendor actually got the product shipped super quick. I had no issues getting this phone activated with AT&T carrier either. The only super minor cons that I have is that instead of the battery health reading 89% as advertised, it was actually at 88%. There also was no screen protector included as stated either. However, all is forgiven for the most part because this phone is actually in quite better condition than what was listed. The phone has really no noticeable cosmetic issues aside from some very light fading on the right side of the phone but it’s super minor. The phone works like a dream and aside from the minor cons that I listed, I would definitely recommend this vendor and look forward to future transactions! Thank you!
