Good communication and they shipped fast, unfortunately USPS caused delays. The seller was nice to refund shipping. The phone itself is as described and I would definitely recommend this seller!

Fast shipment, and generally as described. However, there is a small bright area low on the screen that was not disclosed in the listing, so this was disappointing. Editing later: I have since also discovered that the display is not an original Apple product and photos result in a white line across them, so this phone has defects that were not disclosed in the listing.

Received phone within a week and it was in great shape.

The phone I received had a replacement screen that after 3 months an error message pops up on the phone every day telling me this. ReCell has told me "they cannot confirm if a repair or a replacement was made on a device they resell", there is nothing they can do for me. Buyer beware when purchasing from ReCell, they are only a pass through seller, buy at your own risk. I should of just bought new, lesson learned.
