Shipped a phone locked to the wrong carrier. Did not attempt to identify a phone as a replacement until the original was returned. Was unable to provide a replacement. Mistakes happen, but no noteworthy efforts were made to make up for it... ultimately costing 3 weeks with no phone.
I had missed the after-market screen replacement comment in the description. Other than that, all seems ok. Just took it out of the box 15 minutes ago.
