I received my iPhone 13 Mini yesterday (Sale SXEF01832) and it was the wrong color. It should have been the midnight shade but instead I was sent the blue shade. This is obviously not what I ordered and I'd like to get this resolved as soon as possible. Can you please assist me with this?

They sold me a phone
I had to return due to hardware problems, the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth stopped working suddenly and there’s no fix.
Took almost a month to get my refund, I ended up involving PayPal and they processed a reversal on the transaction. Over 66 comments on this sale, beware you’re dealing with a headache if you purchase from them. I’d give negative infinity rate if I could.

There was remote management on this device which was unfortunate but the team was extremely helpful and quick to respond. I was able to return the phone. I thank them for their help and communication.

Got the phone sooner than I thought It came Red instead of Purple but that’s alright everything else was as described.

I had a problem with this phone and they held up to their word about their refund policy!
