Phone received in timely fashion. It was in perfect condition. Activated on RingPlus almost instantly. Didn't like that FedEx guy just handed the package to my son while he was by the road without even being sure that he lived there, but that is not the fault of the seller.

Seller was quick to ship product, docked one star because the product was not described super well. I know it is used, however the volume button is very touchy and even when it shows the volume is off it is sometimes on and I would've liked to have known before I bought the phone, not a huge deal though. Overall I am happy.
