Phone was well-priced, but had a camera issue. John asked me to ship it back for a refund "within 24 hours of receipt". He then cut all communication, kept both the phone and my cash, and never communicated with me again. Swappa staff was helpful, but John did not respond. Through Paypal, and a 23 day process, I got my money refunded. Really negative experience. Avoid. Go elsewhere. Seriously.
