Recommend swappa business partners to include pictures for the actual device to help avoid this.

Probably isn't the seller's fault but I won't use this site anymore. I'd rather buy a phone new because this one has a scratch on the screen. It's also just easier to buy new so that I don't have to do all the set up and go buy a charger, etc.
