Fast shipping. Listed as fair, I'd call it very good/near mint only had one ding on the body of the phone. Functions flawlessly
Edit: Taking three stars because upon further use the battery is pretty much shot ( not in the description) charged only 5% in about two hours and dropped 8% in 5 minutes. Next thing is to buy a battery.

I received the phone. I am now using it, but the battery is completely shot. The phone is almost useless, I can charge it all night, and use it for about 45 min before it dies. The battery percentage is meaningless, as it will die at 75%, 45%,10%, etc. I can sometimes turn it back on, but it turns back off almost immediately. I would like the opportunity to send it back and get a new one with a working battery, or a refund for the amount it will cost me to buy a necessary portable battery.
