Seller provided excellent customer service and earned my trust. Unfortunately, the device I received was defective - it had a bad charging port that would sometimes charge and sometimes fail to recognize that it was plugged in. This is a very easy defect to miss during testing, since the device often would charge correctly, if it happened to be working correctly during testing, there would be no way to know it was defective. When I contacted the seller to inform them of the defective device, they very openly told me that I can ship it back for a full refund, or take it to an Apple service center to have it replaced, as it was still covered under Apple Care. I elected to ship back for a full refund, they provided a paid shipping label, and the refund was handled quickly.
How a seller handles refunds and customer service is critical to customer trust, and these guys handled everything perfectly. Very satisfied.

All orders are processed within one business day, excluding weekends and holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via the Swappa sales page.

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

USPS First Class Mail (3-5 Business days) – Free
UPS Ground (1-5 Business Days) - Free
FedEx 2Day® (2 business days) – $20

We do not ship to freight forwarding!

Shipment Confirmation

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship outside the United States.

Return & Refund Policies


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must be sent back in the original packaging if sold as new. Devices or products with iCloud, Samsung, Google, or any other accounts of that sort cannot be refunded or exchanged. Mobile phones and tablets must be restored to factory settings.

Please note that a 10% restocking fee will be charged on non-defective items, a 30% restocking fee will be charged on all items sold as 'New', and a 5% fee will be charged for order cancellations.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team on the sale page of your transaction. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item(s). You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If the item(s) are approved for return, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 3 business days.
