The item that was delivered was the wrong finish (space gray, even though the listing described the device as silver), and the device itself was rather filthy and NOT in mint condition as stated (e.g., the keyboard showed visible wear from usage). I specifically bought from this vendor with the intent of buying a silver model, but I received space gray. However, everything else is in order; no damage around the ports or outer casing, etc. Disappointed with these two major points but the device is usable.

Received computer quickly and in good order. Computer seems in better shape than I anticipated.
Will use Swappa again!
