The phone was received in a box and was shipped securely. Condition matched what was described by the seller. However we did have some issues at the sprint store because the code of the phone itself did not match the code on the box. The phone was unlocked for sprint & we got it set up. However, the code on the box was tied to a phone that had been reported lost or stolen at one point and gave the worker a red flag. We had some confusion until we realized the two didn't match. I don't believe I understood the box might not have been the original one for the phone itself.
