Item is in great condition. Seller was just 1 star shy of getting shipping info out. Otherwise great transaction!

Seller shipped very fast and provided tracking immediately. However, Seller described the computer as "no scratches" but had two major scratches on the Apple logo. Seller had the original payment method and date of purchase with proof but computer's warranty has already passed as the store he purchased from wasn't a authorized reseller. But otherwise, great product, just one star off.

Seller was quick to respond to everything. I bought the phone cause it's supposedly an "unlocked" phone and the model number does fall under that category on Swappa, but as my co-worker put his 'ATT' sim card in it showed up as locked. He brought it to ATT and they said its locked and to go to Apple. Apple hooked up the phone to their system and it shows as 'locked' for T-Mobile... I am not sure who's fault it is but it's not the sellers nor mine. Sucks that I had to eat the shipping cost back... Lesson learned do NOT buy for other people again.
