Shipping Policies


All orders are packaged up and shipped out (leave our possession) within two business days (orders made over the weekend are shipped by Tuesday at the latest). We usually do not ship orders on the weekends or holidays, however some Saturdays we will ship out orders that have already been prepared. Orders are shipped for free via USPS Ground Advantage shipping (3-10+ business days depending on your location in comparison to ours), unless you would like to upgrade your shipping speed, if so, please leave a message on the sale page after purchasing your device, requesting faster shipping and we will arrange payment with you via PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle.

United States Postal Service will ship and deliver your item, unless UPS shipping is requested and an additional payment is made. All packages containing lithium ion batteries are required to be shipped via USPS standard ground shipping. Unfortunately there aren't any progress scans that occur to the tracking. The next time you will see an update to the tracking after the acceptance scan, is when it arrives at the destination facility in your state.

Return & Refund Policies


RETURNS

We offer a 60-Day "Repair or Replace Warranty" for functionally defective devices, no returns or exchanges after 60 days from delivery date. In the event that the device received is defective, please contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery. Any unauthorized repairs done after the device is received without prior permission from us, the seller, will void any warranty. In the event that we do not have a replacement in stock, a refund will be issued. We do NOT do partial refunds. In the event that we are unable to replicate the issue/defect that is claimed to be present with the device, we will offer to have it returned to the customer, an equivalent replacement device sent to the customer, or process the return under policy regarding buyer's remorse.

Signs of use on a used device are not considered a defect or defective. All descriptions are made available to you before purchase. For further clarification about a phone's condition or specific signs of use, please feel free to reach out and inquire before making a purchase. Condition refers to Swappa’s condition grades of Fair, Good, and Mint. Any extended warranty that is offered with the device (30 days - 1 Year) covers any and all manufacturer defects.

If you have changed your mind and wish to return a fully functional device within 30 days of purchase for ANY reason, a 10% (of the listing price) restocking fee will be charged on non-defective device returns and refunds. The item must be returned in the same condition and with original packaging contents i.e. (original box and/or accessories). This includes phones with display, battery, or camera (unknown part) messages, which will always be disclosed in the listing description. If additional signs of use are present upon item return, or the item is not dysfunctional as claimed, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 50%. No liquid or physical damage or alteration of the device, this will result in voided warranty/return.

Returns are not accepted for NEW factory sealed devices unless the items are retuned in factory sealed, undamaged, original box with matching serial numbers. This is to protect both you (the buyer) and myself (the seller) from any potential fraud and/or scam.

Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturer defects
- Item received significantly not as described
Our warranty does not cover, and fees will be applied for:
- Damage of any type
- Buyer's remorse (changed mind), this includes phones with display, battery, or camera (unknown part) messages, which will always be disclosed in the listing description, as well as non-defective device returns for refunds.
Return Requirements:
- Returned device is in same condition as sold
- All iCloud/Google/Samsung or otherwise accounts are completely logged out and removed
- No password locks
- Device is in original box/with accessories (if included in original sale)

You must contact us for approval and return details.

PLEASE NOTE: A 5% fee will be deducted for refunds issued due to buyer's request to change an address or buyer's request to cancel a sale before shipment, in order to cover the non-refundable fees that the payment processor (PayPal/Stripe) does not return to us when we process your refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns will not be accepted if the IMEI does not match. Any claims for non-receipt of item will result in the IMEI being reported as lost/stolen and blacklisted with the carrier. We will also report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities including our local or the offender's police department, PayPal, Swappa, United States Postal Service and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
