Phone received as described

Fast delivery! Exactly the product I ordered! only thing was I got a knock off charging cable, but that was expected

Bought an Iphone 11 from them was marked in Good condition, two or three big scratches on the screen. They said "around the frame" maybe I misunderstood and thought there would be no scratches on the screen. In my opinion the condition was mislabeled. If I didnt get the phone for so cheap I would return it, but other than that quick shipping and in working order.

Update: I've reached out the them via Swappas support ticket system, they would only respond when forced to by Swappa. I expressed my thoughts that the product was mislabeled and would like to receive a discount because of the condition it was in, they declined the discount but offered a full refund. Overall seems like they don't really care, just focused on the money, which is fair it's a business but some decent customer support would be nice. I would gladly pay a premium price to avoid this company the next time.

Not bad overall reason i bought it is because it was on iOS 14.2 I’ll be upgrading to the iPhone 14 so no big deal here
