Phone came absolutely disgusting, had dried crud around the whole outside of the phone. Speakers were full of dust. Screen was covered in dirt and smudges. Very unhappy with the physical condition. Operational my kids happy with it

There should be a warning for buyers regarding shipping. Very upset when you buy gifts for twins one comes on time and the other takes almost 2 weeks…. Not a good look

Never received the phone because of a USPS issue but seller was extremely poor with communication. After a month of waiting and asking seller for updates it was only after Swappa intervened that seller responded and said a refund was going to be issued. Another month went by and no refund or communication from seller, it took a PayPal dispute for refund of be finally issued . Definitely wouldn't deal with this seller again.
