The phone was received in a timely manner and came as pictured. The only exception was a light scratch (barely noticeable) that was listed on the Phonecheck, and not in the listing. The phone came with an AppleCare plan, which is value added, and which I was able to confirm on the Apple.com website. I would purchase from this seller again.
