I'm satisfied with the sale. Just 2 quick notes.
1st, the description said the color was black but it was actually powder blue. Its fine, She liked it. It was an unlocked iPh14 with 128GB, that's what matters.
2nd minor thing was just the screen protector had several large air bubbles. The seller may have received it like that. I'll redo it.
Otherwise the new phone came very securely packaged and seems to work great! Thank you.

Vendor was quick to fix a shipping issue. Phone is as described.
Phone arrived in better than expected condition, but was carrier locked. The seller quickly acknowledged their mistake and issued refund. Overall positive experience.
USPS lost the phone in transit, but the seller was very helpful. They found us another phone in stock, and it actually happened to be with higher memory than the one we purchased, so we got a free upgrade from them. Once we got it, it was in great shape.

Return & Refund Policies
We offer 30 Day Warranty for Defective items.
If the device is received with physical damage, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can communicate with our insurance provider.
Any Damage Caused by the user is not covered by our warranty, but repaired or replaced at a discount.
After 30 days, we only offer repair or replacement.
We offer an exchange if your item is received in a condition other than described or expected WITHIN 30 DAYS of purchase date .
Returns for a refund are also valid within 30 days if items are not damaged by the user.
Prepaid return labels are provided for defective item orders.
A 4.5% fee will be applied on cancelled orders, because paypal does not refund the fee.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on non-defective items / Buyer’s remorse. This includes purchasing a phone for use on the wrong carrier and needing to return It.
We process refunds within 7-10 business days from the time a device is returned.
