Phone mic was bad on first phone. Paid to have a replacement sent. Screen bad on replacement phone too. Not worth it to me. Overall unpleasant experience. Maybe others will have better luck and not experience what I did.

Terrible experience. The camera on the phone I received did not work. The phone issued a warning saying that the parts were potentially not original. I repeatedly asked the seller if the parts were original. He ignored my messages, even though it's Swappa policy he let me know. I agreed to send the camera back for repair and waited over twenty days, during which my requests for an update were ignored. Had to request a refund and escalate the matter to finally get the seller's attention, after which he had the nerve to say the repair would be "Free of charge". As if he was doing me a favor at that point. Had an additional discussion, because the seller then offered something different than we had agreed in the chat. I lost all trust in the seller and ended up requesting a refund. Buy here at your own risk.

Return & Refund Policies
We offer 30 Day Warranty for Defective items.
If the device is received with physical damage, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can communicate with our insurance provider.
Any Damage Caused by the user is not covered by our warranty, but repaired or replaced at a discount.
After 30 days, we only offer repair or replacement.
We offer an exchange if your item is received in a condition other than described or expected WITHIN 30 DAYS of purchase date .
Returns for a refund are also valid within 30 days if items are not damaged by the user.
Prepaid return labels are provided for defective item orders.
A 4.5% fee will be applied on cancelled orders, because paypal does not refund the fee.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on non-defective items / Buyer’s remorse. This includes purchasing a phone for use on the wrong carrier and needing to return It.
We process refunds within 7-10 business days from the time a device is returned.
