This purchase was a gift for a family member. We wanted a mint condition device with no visible signs of wear and tear. We went with this seller based on photos and description that seemingly matched what we wanted. The device turned out to be more in "good" condition, and it took some time for the seller to respond to messages to do a refund/exchange. Once looping in admin, the response was fairly quick, and a new device was sent right away. The device was in excellent mint condition, we were really pleased with how it looked. What would've made it a better experience is to have been sent the true mint condition device, as stated in the description, the very first time it was sent. It would've also been better to have quicker response times. In the end, we received a beautiful device that functions well.
