Bought a phone but could not get it to connect to the AT&T network, AT&T customer service couldn't get it to work either. Seller was very apologetic and responsive to either replacing it with another phone or giving a full refund since it was within 30 days. Got the refund promptly. While I wish it worked out, it didn't...but they stood behind their products and still made it a smooth transaction. Great customer service at solving a less than ideal situation. Would not hesitate to purchase from again

Cancellations due to an incorrect shipping address are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) - $15
UPS 2nd Day Air - $30
