Easy sale, fast communication, fast shipping, great experience. Phone arrived as described in Mint™ condition and VERY well packaged.
Seller fail to disclose that the screen has been changed by by third party screen (Not original from the apple) for that particular iphone, which touch response not good at the edges.
Seller didn't provide any case or screen protector or charger.

When I activated my new phone it was having issues. It wasn’t working. I reached out to the seller for help. They were very helpful with step by step instructions and I got my phone working. Very good phone. Very good customer service.

Standard shipping is free via USPS First-Class mail 3-5 business days.
USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) - $15
UPS 2nd Day Air - $30
UPS Next Day Air Saver (next business day) - $50

We offer a 30-day return policy. Please inspect the device as soon as you receive it so that we may resolve any issues within the 30-day return window.
If you need to return a phone, we'll provide you with a shipping label. Please make sure you have signed out of any accounts and removed any passwords from the phone. If the phone is still signed in to your Apple ID we will be unable to process the refund until it is removed.
