Phone works as promised but has T-Mobile startup branding and apps even though sold as unlocked. Resetting it does not remove those aspects but it does work as an unlocked phone. Cannot delete all the T-Mobile apps.

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) - $15
UPS 2nd Day Air - $30

If you need to return a phone, we'll provide you with a shipping label. Please make sure you have signed out of any accounts and removed any passwords from the phone. If the phone is still signed in to your Apple ID we will be unable to process the refund until it is removed.
