Great phone and it's working perfectly fine.
It took my phone 10 days to arrive in Indiana from Texas via their USPS mailing procedure. Absolutely unacceptable!! The label was created the 8th, but did not get scanned until the 12th. They claim it was dropped the 8th, but the length of time it took to get here says otherwise. I will include the tracking number below to show authenticity. I've bought from Swappa 4 times and all utilized Priority mail, except this one. I would warn against buying here if you expect expediency. I might not even buy from Swappa again. Very disappointing. Oh, and the store put a green sticker with phone info over the camera and flashlights. Good luck getting the glue off!!!!

If you need to return a phone, we'll provide you with a shipping label. Please make sure you have signed out of any accounts and removed any passwords from the phone. If the phone is still signed in to your Apple ID we will be unable to process the refund until it is removed.
