Seller does not provide accurate descriptions or images of their listings and is trying to pass off fair/good (damaged) condition items as mint. They'll claim mistake but it will only cost you.
The "mint" condition iPhone I received looked to have been dropped multiple times, contained scratched cameras and scratched screen. ("Swappa Featured and Approved listing") This was a gift for mothers day and I purchased over 2 weeks in advance. I was offered a refund or replacement however the only Swappa listings for this phone(+color) were from this seller and shared identical stock listings with no proof of condition. Seller took 7+ hours for initial response, suggested "You can purchase again so the phone will ship" and also confirmed they would not complete a refund or replacement by mothers day. They claimed they "overlooked something" and proceeded to remind me about their "5 star reputation".
So that was my experience. Maybe yours will be better. I'll just use ebay next time.

If you need to return a phone, we'll provide you with a shipping label. Please make sure you have signed out of any accounts and removed any passwords from the phone. If the phone is still signed in to your Apple ID we will be unable to process the refund until it is removed.
