The phone arrived very clean and well packaged with no scratches or damage, but it had not been factory reset and the battery was completely dead, not charged to the minimum of 80% charge as per the requirements from Swappa. Altogether, the phone was reasonably priced and in good condition, but the seller fell short in a couple categories for me.

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) - $15

If you need to return a phone, we'll provide you with a shipping label. Please make sure you have signed out of any accounts and removed any passwords from the phone. If the phone is still signed in to your Apple ID we will be unable to process the refund until it is removed.
