Phone came as described and works great

Product is as described. Everything works fine and phone looks great.

Phone arrived with battery drained and will not charge beyond 6% despite trying multiple cables that work with other iphones. It also won’t accept my new, activated T-mobile SIM.

Phone arrived in timely manner. A few minor scratches around back camera and on screen. But MAJOR issue this phone does not function properly and I want to return it for full refund. Here are the problems; while actively using the phone the screen goes black and is unresponsive to double taps or side button to "wake it up." There are also multiple reoccurrences daily of phone being unresponsive when trying to get into phone when the phone is at rest. Still no response after trying multiple times. This is a big safety issue if I can't get into phone to call 911 if needed. Eventually the phone becomes responsive after some time. Other issues the phone screen would go black for a split second while actively using it, or when I put the phone down or when plugged in & using phone. It has also dropped connection. I am so disappointed that this phone was not tested thoroughly. This phone is flawed. Please reply back to send me a return label so I may receive my refund? Thank you.

Smooth process, received everything in post.

It was a little rocky at first but we got it all figured out. The phone needed to be hard reset after inserting the SIM card but overall worked out.

The phone is in mint condition as described, and was able to activate the phone despite it being the T-mobile instead of Verizon.
