Great transaction. Shipped fast and made the extra effort to get it shipped same-day despite my purchase missing the USPS pickup time. Phone was safely packaged and exactly as described, in mint condition. I'd gladly buy from Newaya again!

Shipping Policies

We ship all devices with USPS Priority 2-3 day mail. Devices will be shipped within 3 business days, and often same-day if the order is placed before noon Mountain Time.

Return & Refund Policies

If you ever receive something that isn't as described, we will take care of you - please contact us immediately via email at [email protected].

If you want to return a device that you don't like, there will be a 15% charge for buyer's remorse. You will receive an 85% refund immediately when we get the device back.
