This was the second time I purchased from swappa. I received two iPhones from the seller and both phones came quickly and in good condition externally but for what ever the reason neither worked properly with my carrier. The seller was very quick to take my returns back and reship a new phone. Not sure what was going on but maybe just bad luck. The seller worked with me to provide a refund.
