Very good communication. Professional.

The cellphone sent was not the one I bought. It was a different color, and it was listed as Good instead of Mint. The communication with the Seller was very slow, and I sometimes waited more than a day for an answer and had to write again to get a response (tagging Swappa staff)

At the end, the seller offered a $35 refund and I kept the phone because I got tired of the whole back and forth. The phone was good though, no complaints there. The seller told me the one I wanted (in color and condition) was sent to someone else too.

A bad experience overall. Note: The seller did offered a full refund with a pre-paid return label if I decided I didn't want to keep the phone, and accepted the mistake. Also, like I said, the phone I received by mistake is working fine.

The phone arrived as described and packaged well. There was a mistake on the item shipped that the seller resolved. The phone arrived one day late due to delayed shipping, but it was a good experience. The seller is quick to respond to questions.

I was originally happy with the purchase as the phone looks and functions great. However I recently called T-Mobile (the carrier the phone was listed under) to unlock the phone. What I found out is the phone is not paid off by the original buyer and that it’s impossible for me to unlock it. Essentially I was sold a stollen phone. At this time smartcellbuyback responded but has not offered any remedy. They are implying me waiting a week although I have provided all information that should be needed to offer a remedy. I currently do not have a usable phone as I was mid switching carriers when I discovered the problem and need it for work. I will update this if possible if an adequate remedy is offered to me in good timing
