I know mistakes happen, but I'm very unhappy that I was sent a phone with a defunct rear microphone (Siri functionality was compromised), had to argue to return it, and did not get return shipping paid back (I'm out $14 and 3 weeks without a new phone for having made this purchase). VERY unhappy with seller for having let this slip and with Swappa for not covering all my costs.

All non-defective returns must be sent back in the same condition and will incur a 20% restocking fee. 5% fee is applied on all orders cancelled before shipment.
