The iphone was as described. Unfortunately it had an issue with it and the SIM card would not work in it (it is a known issue for this model #). Fortunately, my insurance with my carrier replaced the device for no additional cost.

Returns/Cancellations
All non-defective returns must be sent back in the same condition and will incur a 20% restocking fee. 5% fee is applied on all orders cancelled before shipment.
