I received a faulty device that wouldn't even power on or charge. It took a ridiculous amount of time to get a response and as of now I've still not had my money refunded or a device matching the description shipped to me. I've had to involve Swappa support to get the seller to respond with an apology and return label. It's been 2 weeks and I've not been able to find resolution. This is the first time I've had a negative experience on Swappa and they've tried to help me get the issue resolved but I would strongly advise steering clear of this seller.
