Hey, I gave my mom this phone for Christmas and it won't charge? seems to be the battery. I put my boyfriends battery in and it charged fine, but not with the one that came with the phone. is there a way to correct this?
The phone looks great like brand new... Haven't turned it on yet as it is a gift for my daughter
