If the item has issues, good luck with this seller. I bought an unlocked iPad failed to activate (checked at apple and carrier stores separately), item not as described. then seller fought me to try and make me pay return fees (I didn’t, swappa sided with me which is justified) and dragged their feet with the refund. At first wanted me to mail it back out of my pocket so they could "make sure it doesn't work". Very sketchy business practices and long response times. One of the worst sellers I’ve dealt with over years of buying online. Own up to your mistakes and just refund bad items.
