Swappa was recommended to me by my local computer repair folks, and boy am I happy for that recommendation! Swappa is set up so even a non-techie person like me can navigate it well. Questions were answered on the FAQ page, and those that were unclear to m were swiftly responded to via email. Seller shipped quickly, package was wrapped very well (which was very much appreciated, because UPS left it out in the rain outside my gate!) But seller seemed to have figured that in, because my MacAir was perfectly safe when I unwrapped it!. Very happy with Seller and Swappa!
