Seller was very fast in responding to requests, and shipped same day with priority 2 day shipping. Only thing was that phone has small scratch on screen, but I don't care as the price was competitive with "fair" condition priced options. The rest of the phone was in perfect condition, and was unlocked and had warranty as advertised, and the two free cases are great!
