The phone arrived just as described, brand new in box! There was one issue however, luckily not a big one (at least for my wife and I): the phone was advertised as white but we received a black phone. Like I said, not a big deal. Still got an awesome NEW phone for a great price! A little hiccup in shipping but that was all the Post Office's fault. Would definitely buy from these guys again!!!!
